Taking into account the restrictions of Covid-19 for organizing public events in Latvia, the event will be organized according to the green security level and can be attended ONLY by persons who have been vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19, including vaccinated children (from 12 years of age) or recovered from Covid-19.
When attending the event, it is mandatory to present an identity document, ticket and a valid certificate. The certificate can be downloaded from the website www.Covid19sertifikats.lv.
