INSTRUMENTI RELEASE THEIR SECOND STUDIO ALBUM “PROCRASTINATION” AND ANNOUNCE PERFORMANCES

The last two November weekends promise to transpire under the sign of Instrumenti – apart from the three announced performances, the band has announced three additional Procrastination series shows towards the end of the year. The concerts will take place on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th and 30th of November.

The Procrastination series concerts will be created together with producer Uģis Olte and artists Lāsma Lagzdiņa and Kristaps Epners – the creative team behind the video for the Instrumenti newest album’s first single - “Don’t Hold Onto Me”.

For their upcoming performances Instrumenti, as usual, are preparing something unprecedented, promising the viewers both a surprising and an intimate adventure – during the Procrastination concert series the Palladium concert hall will be transformed into an Instrumenti wonderland, toying with all of the human senses.

Until the November performances at Palladium, Instrumenti will also be attending several festivals in Germany, Finnland and the U.S. (Culture Collide un CMJ Marathon). Instrumenti will also be the special guests for the Prāta Vētra shows in Moscow and St.Petersburg.

“Procrastination” features 11 new tracks that were co-written and produced in collaboration with Gatis Zaķis and created in the band’s “Tru Music Studio” in Riga. The album title track “Procrastination” was co-written by Vestards Šimkus. The album’s artistic credit goes to Reinis Pētersons.

The video presentation for the new album’s first single “Don’t Hold Onto Me” took place in March. The video was directed by Uģis Olte. The video of the second track “Heartcore” was presented at the end of April. “Heartcore” was directed by Indriķis Ģelzis.

The Instrumenti Procrastination concerts will take place on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th and 30th of November. Tickets are available in all Biļešu Serviss box offices as well as online at www.bilesuserviss.lv. Balcony table seats are also available. General admission - LVL 15, table seats - LVL 40.

Procrastination is now available nationwide and at “Instrumenti” online store http://store.instrumenti.in as well as on iTunes.
